We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally delivering the highest level of customer service, resolving issues, and communicating clearly
  • Confidently preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining the set-up, stock, security, and hygiene of the Restaurant daily
  • Efficiently operating the POS system and coordinating payments

About You:

  • Have proof of working rights in Australia
  • Have ample availability, particularly on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
  • Possess the RSA certificate and some hospitality experience or understanding
  • Have strong communication skills and a hospitable service approach
  • Motivated, committed, and adaptable
  • A positive team player with an open-minded and outgoing personality
