Department:

We are seeking a passionate industry professional to fill a Food & Beverage Team Leader role to assist with the execution of 5* service in our In Room Dining outlet.

Key responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in supervisor / team leader positions is advantageous
  • Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge
  • Coffee skills are highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing
  • Able to maintain stock control
  • Manage amenities set up
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Be innovative but still follow direction
