We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key customers, ensuring their ongoing success and value.
  • Work closely with the Account Management Team to align on portfolio management and business objectives.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Team in executing marketing initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and shared goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant field (HR, Business, Business Systems, or IT).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Client/Professional Services, Customer Success, Solutions, or Human Resources.
  • Experience working with Payroll, Rostering, and Time & Attendance (RTA) SaaS systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp technical concepts within a platform.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and writing documentation.
