
Business Relationship Manager

This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney, where you will manage customer relationships to support ongoing development and achieve revenue objectives.
About the Role- Taking ownership for managing relevant customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue objectives.
- You will contribute to implementing the segment and portfolio strategy to support retention and growth of customer portfolios.
- Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts and explore sales opportunities.
- Take ownership for managing relevant customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue and sales objectives for the defined portfolio.
- Implement the segment and portfolio strategy (including outbound campaigns) in order to support the retention and growth of customer portfolios.
- Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries and escalating complaints and leads to more experienced team members as required.
- Collaborate with peers, team members and key stakeholders across the business channel to support the identification and qualification of leads.
