Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with wholesale partners to develop and implement new business strategies and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Provide regular financial and performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage quarterly and annual business review processes with distribution partners.
  • Coordinate the implementation of distribution and licensing changes for wholesale partners.
  • Develop expertise in licensing agreements, commercial models, and partner obligations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and advocate for distribution partners' interests.
  • Gather and share customer insights with commercial teams to enhance product development and market relevance.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an account management role, preferably working on large, complex accounts.
  • Proactive, motivated, and self-driven individual.
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers and ability to analyze commercial numbers/finance.
  • Familiarity with contracts and legal agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a preference for verbal communication to quickly and effectively deliver messages.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage sophisticated relationships.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven track record of success in account management roles.
