Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join our National team based at our Greystanes site.

This role is a key member of our National HSW team, responsible for providing support to teams across New South Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with state leadership and distribution centres to execute strategic HSW plans.
  • Driving team participation in NSW State Leadership and Distribution Centre's HSW Consultative teams.
  • Utilising strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills to achieve desired HSW outcomes.
  • Participating in incident investigations and managing associated corrective actions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a Work, Health, Safety or Injury Management function.
  • A working knowledge of WHS legislation and Self Insurance Licensing requirements.
  • A hands-on operational approach to influencing at business level.
  • A genuine passion and interest in the health, safety, and well-being of employees.
