We are seeking an exceptional Safety and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering strategic health, safety, and wellbeing programs across multiple work sites.

  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and prevent workplace injuries.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve existing safety procedures to optimize performance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to maintain open communication channels and foster a culture of transparency.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing safety protocols and programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
