Job Title: Partnership Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Partnership Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the partnership function for our group of brands.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, with a strong understanding of the tourism industry and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities. They will be able to develop and implement strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as a high level of creativity and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation
  • Manage all tourism partnerships across Australia & New Zealand, including negotiating and finalizing deals
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and research potential partners
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team members to align internal goals with partner relationships
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the results of various projects with partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications with a relevant degree in Marketing and/or partnership management highly regarded
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a national partnership/sponsorship role essential
  • Experience in hotels and/or hospitality/travel industries preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High levels of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
