Job Title: Business Sales and Partnership Development Specialist
We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Sales and Partnership Development Specialist. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with external organisations, schools, workplaces, and disability providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of epilepsy training to external partners, including proactive calls, following up leads, and converting enquiries into sales;
- Support other tactical revenue goals, including merchandise and ticket sales, to boost fundraising and awareness campaigns;
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships that turn one-off sales into ongoing business;
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, refine your approach, and stay on top of targets;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure education offerings and sales campaigns hit the right audience at the right time;
- Own the booking process, filling educator diaries and mapping travel so every hour on the road means more people reached and more impact delivered.
Requirements:
- Results-driven sales professional with experience in phone-based sales (or customer acquisition) and proven success in high-volume activity;
- Super organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple opportunities without missing a beat;
- A confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder who knows how to tailor a pitch;
- Confident with tech, with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
