About the Role

  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for corporate room nights and revenue as per budget requirements.

  • Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and respond to corporate room block and group booking inquiries within required timeframes.
  • Host familiarization tours and site inspections for prospective clients, adhering to Hyatt brand standards.

  • Respond to client queries promptly and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring regular communication and professional interactions.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing. A proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in the hospitality industry, is highly regarded. Knowledge of revenue and yield management, including related tools, is also desirable.
