
Strategic Sales Professional

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across key retail and on-premise channels for Penfolds. This role involves developing strategic growth plans, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a small team to execute brand visibility and execution excellence.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic growth plans across key retail and on-premise accounts in line with Penfolds' commercial objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with banner groups, MSOs, and hospitality ownership groups to drive brand visibility and availability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of two Key Account Executives, fostering high performance and execution excellence.
- Negotiation and Planning: Negotiate and manage joint business plans, promotional activity, and new product launches to optimise portfolio performance.
- Market Insights: Provide market insights and customer intelligence to inform internal strategy and decision-making.
- Account Management: Ensure accurate forecasting, investment tracking, and delivery of customer commitments.
- Brand Representation: Represent Penfolds at trade and brand events, delivering premium experiences and advocating for the brand with professionalism and passion.
