As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. Your primary objective is to build strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring our products are specified early in projects and delivering value to customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow distribution partners by building strong partnerships, aligning on targets, and providing training, technical expertise, and joint customer visits.
  • Create demand with end-users by engaging key accounts to influence specifications and generate pull-through opportunities.
  • Convert opportunities into orders by nurturing leads, preparing value-based proposals, and following up to close deals.
  • Be active in the market by conducting customer visits, running webinars/seminars, and representing the company at industry events.
  • Support and enable partners by providing technical support, assisting with quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Promote sustainability and innovation by driving optimization audits and new product launches through channels and directly with strategic customers.
  • Plan for success by developing sales plans based on market insights and customer behavior, aligned with divisional strategy.

Requirements include a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar) and 5-10 years of experience in hygienic fluid handling, heat transfer, or related process equipment. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and deliver results. Familiarity with CRM and digital tools is also required.
