Advanced Community Care Professional

We are seeking a professional to provide high-quality nursing care and leadership in a community setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals
- Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans
- Support the orientation and ongoing development of staff members
- Maintain service standards that meet accreditation requirements
About You:
- You will have considerable experience in acute or aged care environments
- You'll be an advocate for person-centred care, demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills
- You'll hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification, and current AHPRA registration
- You'll possess extensive general nursing experience and demonstrate skills reflective of clinical expertise
