About This Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients with daily living needs.
  • Travel between client locations and attend shifts at Supported Living homes.
  • Assist with personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.
  • Monitor client well-being and report on progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services.
  • Experience working in Community Care or related field.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening or equivalent.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
