
Community Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide person-centred care in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying clinical skills to improve quality of life through client-focused activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing client care within their scope, considering the physical, social and psychological requirements of clients. They will also create and update care plans to reflect developing needs, ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members.
Some days may involve on-the-road community visits and scheduled client visits. To be successful in this role, you will need to have full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements, as well as general nursing experience, post-registration. You will also need to possess excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, a current Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work.
