Registered Nurse - Advanced Caregiver Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health nursing, particularly in case management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid driver's license for regional and remote roles.
  • Willingness to commit to travel nursing contracts in regional/remote areas for at least 12 weeks.
