Main Responsibilities- Deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to residents, demonstrating expertise in contemporary clinical practice.
- Work under the leadership of an experienced Clinical Manager, providing support and supervision to team members.
- Champion a strong teamwork approach to resident's care, liaising with medical practitioners, family and other multidisciplinary team members.
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in aged care, knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative and dementia care.
- A strong clinical focus in assessing, planning and implementing client care.
- Demonstrated skills in care planning and evaluation documentation.
- Demonstrated competence in medication management and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
