Senior Business Development

A key role exists for a Business Developer and Project Manager who can leverage their expertise in the water supply sector to drive growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to expand our presence in the water supply market.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Establish new relationships with clients and maintain existing ones through effective communication and negotiation.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Masters degree in hydraulic engineering or a related field is desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the water supply or infrastructure sectors.
- 10 years of technical experience and project management in Australia, specifically in the water supply or infrastructure fields.
- Deep understanding of local environmental regulations, technical standards, and best practices in water supply systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and Client Relationship Management.
