Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide remote and onsite technical support to customers in the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for configuring hardware for irrigation applications, conducting training sessions, and providing field/technical information to engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote technical support to internal and external customers, distributors, and field personnel.
  • Sales and direct assistance for installation, maintenance, commissioning, or repair projects.
  • Log, track, and follow up on product and technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Agronomy, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and technical support experience.
  • Experience in AutoCAD design, hardware and software troubleshooting skills, knowledge of electronics and information systems.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Irrigation and Golf Central Control programming experience.
  • Golf course or landscaping experience.
  • Mechatronics and electrical knowledge.
  • Business development experience.
