Implementation Specialist

* Working closely with project managers, customer success managers and product specialists to gather business requirements, document and implement solutions that meet customers\u2019 needs. Assist in the installation and upgrading of our software for clients. \ * Configure or help configuring our software to match the clients\u2019 needs. \ * Participate in the Testing activities (unitary, integration, UAT). \ * Provide technical training to clients administrators. \ * Utilize our tracking systems (issues, timesheet). \ * Actively participate in enhancing our products suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of \u2018how-to\u2019 entries, etc.) \

Qualifications:
* Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelor\u2019s degree) required in engineering, computer science, or equivalent IT-related degree program. \ * 1-5 years\u2019 experience working in a technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform. \ * Functional understanding of finance instruments within the banking or insurance industries. \ * Relevant experience in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Exposed Person risk management. \ * Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, Cloud Services, API. \ * Strong problem-solving skills. \ * Client communication. \ * Python coding knowledge is beneficial. \ * Machine Learning or AI experience is beneficial. \
