About the Role

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Functional Consultant - Finance, who has significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP project life cycle, including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
  • Conduct client workshops to define business requirements for a successful implementation of the D365 solution, capturing these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/Functional Requirements Documents/User Stories.
  • Develop design documents for customizations and reports for D365, ensuring comprehensive test scenarios and boundary conditions.
  • Configure D365 for Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory.
  • Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
  • Perform testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
  • Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients.
  • Provide pre-go live and post-go live support to clients.
  • Write 1-2 D365 functional blog articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Accountancy and Finance.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3, with at least 2 years of experience in implementing the cloud-based version of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Work authorization in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident).
