Automotive Consumables Business Development Specialist

We have an exciting career opportunity for a skilled Collision & Automotive Consumables Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell the range of ACM Consumables products to new, current and non-active accounts in your identified region.
- Develop and foster positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support customers by providing product summaries and stock checking processes to ensure they maintain their required stock level.
- Implement a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer portfolios efficiently.
- Ensure the consumables van is clean, stocked and presentable at all times.
- Assist managers in other areas as needed.
- Identify potential growth within existing customers and build ACM's portfolio accordingly.
- Develop newly identified customers through lead generation programs.
- Use customer portfolios to grow market share.
- Conduct research to identify causes for low conversion rates.
- Gather competitive data to support product development.
- Provide suggestions to increase conversion rates.
- Analyse data to determine consumer trends regarding products and categories.
- Manage product mix and inventory levels within the consumables van.
- Manage orders, transactions and inventory movements from warehouse to the consumables van.
- Proactively test and validate new products.
- Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Attend fit for work and follow WHS policies.
