**The Opportunity**

Are you a sales executive/product specialist looking for your next exciting opportunity?

**Role responsibilities**
- Analysing data or insights to determine consumer trends regarding the product and category
- Proactively supporting the testing and validation of new products and resourcing existing product SKU's as required
- Building and driving relationships with key customers, both internal and external, and vendors to improve pricing and quality of services
- Develop best practice benchmarks for product usage at each AMA group site
- Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with customers to understand their needs and where required assist with ordering
- Facilitate agreed changes or improvements as agreed to deliver a better experience for customers
- Analyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customer
- Liaise with operational staff as required to support the levels of customer satisfaction

- Ability to analyse and develop accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data
- An understanding of the market and consumer insights and trends
- Experience in building business relationships / customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to professionally represent the organisation
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of automotive repair business and practices an advantage
- Good proficiency in MS Office suite of tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
