Business Development Opportunity - Corporate Travel - Remote Work

A leading recruitment agency, Travel Trade Recruitment, is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to drive expansion in the Australian corporate travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
  • Cultivate relationships across all levels within accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate travel industry.
  • Promote the company's services to potential clients and present sales pitches.
  • Follow up on leads generated from sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and showcases to promote the company's services.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new accounts and develop strategies for growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the corporate travel industry, with experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC) essential.
  • Proven sales success in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to execute a sales strategy and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated and determined, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Package:

  • Competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 + superannuation + commissions.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
  • Fully remote position, with the ability to work from home and collaborate with the team.
