About the Opportunity:

As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the travel industry. With a strong focus on building strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities, this exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business expansion.
  • Nurture relationships with travel agency partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and conduct sales presentations and product training sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel sales or business development role, preferably within the travel wholesale industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a high level of confidence and charisma.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
