About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Human Resources team as Manager of Organizational Development and Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring organization-wide development strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organization-wide development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and career development
  • Develop and implement training programs, internal communications, and event planning initiatives
  • Contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organizational development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workforce capability and achieve strategic goals
  • Drive organizational change and capability development through strategic thinking and leadership
Requirements
  • Previous experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing organizational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs
  • Superior communication and influencing skills to support organizational goals
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for driving organizational change and capability development
