Manager of Organizational Development and Learning

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Human Resources team as Manager of Organizational Development and Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring organization-wide development strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead organization-wide development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and career development
- Develop and implement training programs, internal communications, and event planning initiatives
- Contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organizational development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workforce capability and achieve strategic goals
- Drive organizational change and capability development through strategic thinking and leadership
- Previous experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing organizational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs
- Superior communication and influencing skills to support organizational goals
- Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities
- Highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for driving organizational change and capability development
