About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organizational Development Consultant to join our team at IIQAF. As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating organizational change and development initiatives to ensure our company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Organizational Assessment: Conduct thorough organizational assessments and diagnose issues to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver customized leadership development programs to enhance leadership capabilities at all levels and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Change Management: Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as change management, team effectiveness, and communication skills to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Support the design and implementation of performance management processes and tools to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in organizational development to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex change initiatives, strong facilitation and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
