Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Organizational Assessment: Conduct thorough organizational assessments and diagnose issues to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Leadership Development: Design and deliver customized leadership development programs to enhance leadership capabilities at all levels and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Change Management: Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as change management, team effectiveness, and communication skills to support organizational change initiatives.
- Performance Management: Support the design and implementation of performance management processes and tools to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in organizational development to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex change initiatives, strong facilitation and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
