Business Development Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop national fleet business in the commercial space.

  • Achieve wholesale and retail annual Fleet Sales Target for LCVs
  • Achieve Fleet Market Share aspiration
  • Actively showcase sales activity via CRM/Customer logs/Quotes etc
  • Work closely with dealerships to maximize fleet opportunities and support fleet programs

You will be responsible for managing existing fleet customers, providing excellent customer service, and prospecting new fleet opportunities in key segments. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to execute complex tender submissions and ensure inclusive and transparent environments within the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in sales planning, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
