Job Title: Fleet Relationship Specialist

A vital position within our organization is that of a Fleet Relationship Specialist, responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships across the APAC region. This individual must possess a background in Telematics, Fleet Management, or Fleet Safety software.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Manager or Fleet Relationship Specialist with a proven ability to manage large-scale customer accounts. They must also exhibit exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Nurture the full post-sale customer lifecycle across large fleet accounts.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • E nsure renewals, drive adoption, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Fleet Relationship Responsibilities:

  • To effectively manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty among existing clients.
  • To build and maintain professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • To develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and client retention, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market developments, applying this knowledge to improve services and outcomes.

Fleet Relationship Qualifications:

An experienced Fleet Relationship Specialist, skilled in account management, relationship building, and customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
