Operational Fleet Manager Role

This role plays a vital part in supporting the development, preparation, and delivery of operational fleet assets and equipment.

  • The Operational Fleet Manager is responsible for assisting in the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including procurement support, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of induction processes for volunteers and staff.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing new assets for operational deployment, conducting on-site handovers, supporting compliance with regulatory obligations, and ensuring assets are safe, fit for purpose, and aligned with VICSES operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, preparation, and delivery of operational fleet assets and equipment
  • Assist in the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including procurement support, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of induction processes
  • Prepare new assets for operational deployment, conduct on-site handovers, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
