About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments, contribute to fleet strategy development, and support day-to-day operations while driving initiatives that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who can identify and promote fit-for-purpose vehicles, accessories, and body builds aligned with safety standards.
  • The successful candidate will need to align fleet management practices with business and operational needs.
  • This role involves monitoring and reporting fleet movements in accordance with policies, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure fleet requests are aligned with suppliers and contractual obligations.
  • They will also support fleet administrators with training and ensure consistency in fleet management, data integrity, and reporting.
  • We require someone who can collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance fleet performance, identify risks, and seize opportunities.
  • This role requires maintaining expertise in systems and portals for fleet monitoring and reporting.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the development of fleet strategies and internal communications.
  • They will also develop and maintain a communication and engagement plan to support KPIs.

About You

To excel in this role, you should be an experienced Fleet Manager or similar, with a proven track record in fleet management. Your background should combine outstanding customer service skills, sharp business acumen, and technical expertise in managing and optimising fleet operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A customer-focused style with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in fleet or asset management software and Telematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support decision-making.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work well within a team and independently.
