Fleet Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Fleet Leasing Coordinator role.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Australia's leading provider of Employee Management Services, offering salary packaging, novated leasing, and fleet management solutions to employers and their employees.

As a Fleet Leasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Relationship Management function. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with smaller clients to provide a personalised experience and expand service offerings.
  • Ensuring completion of client reporting, data reviews, and updates in line with contractual requirements.
  • Generating and coordinating accurate finance quotes, liaising with financiers, and managing vehicle settlements within SLAs.
  • Monitoring and actioning lease payments, end-of-lease processes, and responding to customer inquiries within agreed service levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance or automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
