We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Advisor to join our team. As a Client Services Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through remote communication channels.
Job Responsibilities:- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through personalized service delivered via phone, email, and live chat.
- Articulate the Maison's rich history and unparalleled product knowledge to forge lasting connections with discerning clientele.
- Guide clients through our diverse product universe, identifying opportunities to enrich their personal collections and cultivate brand loyalty.
You will be an integral part of our esteemed Client Service team, engaging with clients across Australia and beyond. In this role, you will be entrusted with delivering unparalleled client experiences, conveying the rich heritage of Louis Vuitton, and showcasing our meticulously crafted collections – all from our dedicated Client Service Center.
