You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding client experiences and events that embody excellence and sophistication.

About Our Role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver exceptional client experiences, events, and CRM support for our global network.
  • Support boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in line with our guidelines.
  • Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
  • Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis on clients for our teams.
  • Manage campaigns for client recruitment and retention across the network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
