We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our NSW Singleton facility. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals that drive revenue growth for BTP's Parts, Service, and Equipment Rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand BTP's customer base and market share.">
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.">
  • To negotiate deals and contracts that meet the needs of both parties.">
  • To work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.">
  • To provide input on the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A proven track record in a similar role in the Heavy Mobile Equipment industry, Mining, or related sectors.">
  • Strong business development and sales management skills.">
  • Ability to commit to travelling to customer sites approximately 50% of the time.">
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM.">
  • Demonstrated capability in responding to tenders and developing sales proposals.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Word skills.">
  • Excellent business acumen and professional communication skills.">
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.">
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.">
  • Australian Working Rights.">
  • Ability to meet all site access requirements, including a Full Pre-Employment Medical and National Police Clearance.">
