About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion in the AU & NZ market.

About You

  • You must have a genuine passion for retail, technology, and e-commerce solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field. Master's Degree would be a bonus.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development 'hunting', ideally in a strategic and consultative style sales role.
  • Experience in face-to-face interaction and negotiation with executive decision-makers within top companies (B2B & B2C's) in Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business leads within the manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale sectors, specifically ecommerce solutions seekers.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to acquire MQLs, SQLs, and ultimately convert them into new clients.
  3. Handover new clients to the account management team on a regular basis.
  4. Achieve targets and chase them down on a timely basis.

Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarities with retail, marketplace, and e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
  • Enthusiasm for these areas is a must.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills to work with a variety of internal teams and excellent presentation skills with both customers and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Results-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and a 'hands-on' person with proven ability to meet objectives and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team – although the role will see the person interacting with many levels and across several subject areas, this person must be able to self-manage and show initiative by being proactive.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
