Workforce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role involves maximizing the value of people through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing system solutions for clients;
  • Configuring software and providing support throughout data migration, parallel runs, and go-live projects;
  • Identifying current state processes, procedures, pain points, inefficiencies, and communicating with users to establish new system features.

A strong background in People management, Operations management, and Workforce management is required. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills are essential.

You will be responsible for working directly with clients, gathering information to architect system designs, and delivering business outcomes. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships are key.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to HR, Payroll, Time + Attendance, scheduling, or Rostering software. Experience with Modern Awards assessment and interpretation is also essential.
