Hiring AnnouncementWe are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our advisory team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional people advice and coaching throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support the Team Leader in monitoring service requests and contributing to improvements in advisory processes and services
- Develop and maintain systems and operational support for centralized initiatives
- Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders, upholding values, confidentiality and integrity

The advisory team operates to offer centralized support to maximize positive outcomes for individuals and the organization in alignment with values and strategy.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role across the employment lifecycle
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and understanding of risk and escalation
- Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative and agile working style
