Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic workforce planning and development across the organization.

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and workplace policies to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to foster a talented and engaged workforce.
  • Drive performance management processes and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate on organizational change and culture-building projects to promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources to minimize risk and maximize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and workplace policies to support HR operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Design and deliver performance management processes and professional development programs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
