Lancemore Mansion Hotel is seeking a Customer Service professional to join the Wedding, Conference and Events Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through attention to detail and dedication.
  • Host event and corporate client tours of the property.
  • Plan and execute successful events for corporate and wedding clients.
  • Provide timely and professional quotes.
  • Coordinate efficient event planning from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and friendly relations with internal and external customers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • 'Can-do' attitude and ability to achieve results.
  • Outstanding organisation skills and ability to work with multiple clients.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Ability to work within a close team environment and unsupervised at times.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills.
