Care Manager Role

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring seamless support from our clinical and personal care teams.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Requirements:

  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others.
