National Product Sales Specialist Role Overview

This pivotal role focuses on driving new business growth within our portfolio of Chemistry Immunoassay and Automation solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for defined territories or customer segments.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customers' specific clinical workflows, operational challenges, strategic goals, and unmet needs.
  • Develop impactful presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the unique clinical value, operational efficiencies, and total cost of ownership advantages of our solutions.
  • Engage with clinical staff across customers and build a personal reputation as a trusted adviser.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a lab scientist capacity within the clinical pathology space, with a strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations, particularly in Chemistry and Immunoassay disciplines. Essential skills include strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires extensive travel (80%) within Australia and New Zealand, including week-long tours of interstate regional and metro networks of sites.
