Are you a strong generalist, who is in between work and happy to contract until the end of the year, in a role that could go permanent?

Our client, is a well-known, well-established organisation, with a qualified workforce with a reputation for high quality and high performance in their niche industry.

With a workforce of around seven hundred employees, and a small close-knit, supportive HR team, there now exists a new HR BP to join the team to work operationally across all employee matters, but also work on several HR optimisation projects to lead.

This role reports to the Chief People Officer and will be one of the more senior HR generalist within the HR team, so a great career opportunity. This a varied, high-impact position, with a chance to add great value directly with senior leaders, and provide support within a meaningful purpose-driven industry.

Ideally, strong HR generalist, HR BP, or HR Manager experience, ideally from an industrialised workforce unionised environment, working with professional workforce.

Ideally, you will be looking to drive to work, and be able to attend in the office 5 days per week, with sometimes throughout the year with a chance to work from home.
