We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our team at St Peters Lane Cove. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and support to our clinical and personal care teams.
About the Role:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents
- Provide guidance and coaching to the clinical and support teams
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures
- Support the Residential Manager as second-in-charge
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aging processes
- Demonstrated expertise in workplace health and safety
- Previous experience in residential aged care with similar responsibilities
- Exceptional coaching and training skills
- A customer-centric approach to business
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to undergo a police check and NDIS clearance
