Job Title: Customer Payments Specialist

About the Role:
  • Work closely with customers to effectively resolve and negotiate payments, deadlines, or disputes.
  • Support the customer payments process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining outstanding customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Process Payments: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
