Job Description

The role involves designing, analysing and assessing structures across a range of projects in the buildings and infrastructure space. You will partner with Senior Engineers and project teams to ensure continuous delivery of high quality, safe and efficient designs.

  • Develop and manage designs using multidisciplinary teams
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to meet project goals
  • Use design software to create structural works plans
  • Work with drafting teams to produce structural documentation
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulation requirements
  • Prepare project reports, technical documents and proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 3+ years' experience in Structural design
  • Proficiency in SPACE GASS, Strand7, ETABS and/or RAPT
  • Strong understanding of contemporary design standards such as AS1170, AS4100, AS3600, AS3700, AS1720
