The Role

This is an opportunity for a Structural Engineer to take the next step in their career. With three years' experience under their belt, they will join a dynamic team working on exciting projects, collaborating with industry experts, and continuing to develop their technical skills.

About the Role:

As a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in designing, analysing, and assessing structures across various projects in the buildings and infrastructure space. You will partner with senior engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient designs. You will engage with clients, including architects, builders, developers, and more, contributing to business development and diversification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage designs
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals
  • Use design software to create structural works plans
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare project reports, technical documents, and proposals
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 3+ years' experience in Structural design
  • Proficiency in SPACE GASS, Strand7, ETABS, and/or RAPT will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of contemporary design standards such as AS1170, AS4100, AS3600, AS3700, AS1720 and more
