We are seeking a skilled structural design specialist to lead our projects and collaborate with clients to achieve on-time delivery and excellence.
- Conduct conceptual to final design and certification of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed calculations and specifications for structural elements in commercial projects
- Develop project plans using AutoCAD software
- Assist in construction support activities, including responses to requests for information (RFI's), submittal reviews, site inspections, and design evaluations
- Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate work products
- Provide timely updates to superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors as necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with project owners and engineers to ensure a positive company image and facilitate project progress
