Hotel Services Manager

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Hotel Services Manager. This position involves providing efficient and friendly service to all guests, leading by example when attending to guest requests, and showcasing efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in Luxury Front Office, strong communication skills and attention to detail, a professional appearance representing our brand, ability to work rotating rosters, including weekends and nights, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and current RSA and First Aid certificates.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Luxury Front Office
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude: Ability to work rotating rosters, including weekends and nights
  • Certifications: Current RSA and First Aid certificates
