Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills? We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team as a key member of our Workplace Relations unit.

  • They will interpret and apply relevant legislation, codes, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality HR advice and support to employees and business areas.
  • Interpreting and applying relevant legislation, codes, and agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on HR activities and metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
